In this role, you will:
Client Delivery & Engagement Leadership
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent consulting engagements across commercial and regulated customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, aligning solutions to business objectives, technical requirements, and value realization goals
- Own engagement health, including scope, schedule, quality, and risk management
- Ensure delivery aligns with applicable security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Escalate and resolve delivery issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction
People Leadership & Talent Development
- Manage, coach, and mentor consulting team members across experience levels
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development activities
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Balance team utilization while supporting professional growth and retention
Operational & Financial Management
- Own project financials, including forecasting, utilization, and margin performance
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation across engagements
- Apply consistent delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and quality
Sales & Pre Sales Support
- Partner with sales and solution teams to support pre sales activities
- Contribute to proposal development, statements of work (SOWs), and delivery estimates
- Participate in customer briefings and solution discussions as a delivery leader
- Provide delivery insights to shape services offerings and engagement models
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and operations
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and performance to leadership
- Represent consulting delivery in internal planning and execution forums
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant experience may include consulting, professional services delivery, technology leadership, or public sector program execution
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus but not required
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery roles
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading client engagements
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, enterprise scale solutions in commercial or regulated environments
- Strong client facing communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage delivery execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction
- Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand, discuss, and guide solution architecture and implementation decisions
- U.S. citizenship is required due to being our federal group and relevant system access points
- Experience leading consulting engagements for enterprise commercial customers
- Background in enterprise software, data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud based solutions
- Strong technical acumen with experience translating customer requirements into scalable solutions
- Familiarity with customer success, adoption frameworks, or value realization models
- Experience standardizing delivery approaches, frameworks, reusable engagement models
This position is also eligible to participate in our commission plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
